Admission Requirements
Make sure you have the required documentation for your degree level before applying.
1. Undergraduate Admission
- Completed online application
- Valid government-issued ID or passport
- High school diploma or equivalent
- High school transcript or certificate of studies
- Additional documentation may be requested when necessary for academic evaluation
2. Graduate Admission
- Completed online application
- Valid government-issued ID or passport
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent undergraduate degree
- Official transcript or academic record from the degree-granting institution
- Additional documentation may be requested when necessary for academic evaluation
3. Doctoral Admission
- Completed online application
- Valid government-issued ID or passport
- Master’s degree or other qualifying graduate degree
- Official graduate transcript or academic record
- Curriculum Vitae (CV) or résumé
- Additional documentation may be requested depending on the doctoral program
4. International Academic Documents
Novaris International Christian University welcomes applicants who have completed their previous education outside the United States.
Academic credentials issued in English, Spanish, or Portuguese may be submitted in their original language and do not require translation for admissions review.
Documents should clearly identify the issuing institution, credential earned, academic record, and completion or graduation date, as applicable.
Additional documentation may be requested when necessary to verify the authenticity of academic credentials or determine eligibility for admission.
5. Language of Instruction
Novaris programs are offered in Spanish or Portuguese, depending on the selected program.
Applicants should have sufficient proficiency in the language of instruction to successfully participate in coursework, academic activities, and assessments.
No English-language proficiency examination is required for admission to programs taught in Spanish or Portuguese.
6. Admission Review & Enrollment
Novaris does not require a general entrance examination for admission.
Once the application and required documents have been received, the Admissions Team reviews the applicant’s eligibility for the selected degree program.
Applicants who satisfy the applicable admission requirements receive an admission decision and instructions to complete enrollment for the next available academic term.
