coordinates the recognition and\nequivalency process through its Office for Recognition and\nEquivalency, known as <strong>ORE<\/strong>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"niu-cr-lead\">\nThe procedure involves both administrative verification by ORE\nand an academic evaluation by a Costa Rican state university\nthat offers the degree or academic field most closely related\nto the foreign credential.\n<\/p>\n\n<div class=\"niu-cr-notice\">\n\n<strong>\nRecognition cannot be guaranteed in advance.\n<\/strong>\n\n<span>\nCONARE expressly states that it is not possible to determine in\nadvance whether a particular foreign degree will ultimately be\nrecognized and equated.
